My Client, a large public sector organisation based in Kent has an immediate requirement for an interim HR advisor to join their team for a period of 9 months.

This role requires a strong HR Generalist to support and run with a wide variety of HR activities. You will be responsible for advising managers and staff at all levels acting as first point of contact for all HR matters. You will provide a first class advisory service to support the HR function, attend interviews, present inductions, deal with performance issues, and produce management reports.

Key skills required are:

  • Employee Relations Casework Management
  • Performance Management
  • Disciplinary & Grievances
  • Redundancies and Restructures
  • Advising Employees & Managers on all matters relating to HR

As the ideal candidate, you will be either part or fully CIPD qualified and consist of a strong HR generalist background having already demonstrated significant transferable experience in the key responsibilities listed above for this post.
