This is a great opportunity for an Interim Human Resource Advisor to progress their career in the field of Human Resource with a Trust in Cornwall.
You will be working alongside the Business Partner and HR Directors, ensuring the day-to-day operation for the department is maintained. You will provide HR support with all case management as well as coaching and giving advice on a range of HR issues relating to the employment of staff such as terms and conditions, policies, employment law, service redesign and organisational change.
Key Skills:
- Experience of providing a Comprehensive HR service for an Acute Trust
- Strong knowledge of relevant staff terms and conditions, employment law, legislation/directives and working time regulations
- Proven experience in managing ER casework
- Experience of supporting TUPE projects
- Understanding of workforce planning and redesign within the Trust
- Substantial recruitment experience in the NHS
Key Responsibilities:
- Day to day operation within the HR department - ensuring team meets recruitment standards and adhere to NHS codes of Recruitment
- You will be expected to review and implement internal HR systems, processes, protocols
- Liaising with all senior levels on a regular basis to ensure all relevant strategic direction is in place
This contract is up to 12 months paying a competitive day rate.
