Description
The successful candidate will be an experienced NHS HRBP with expeirence gained in Trusts which have faced significant Financial and Workforce issues.Ideally the successful candidate will be experienced in Consultant, Re-structure, TUPE and Change Management and not be afraid of getting their hands dirty at the "coal face". You will also have delivered on similar challenges in an Acute Trust setting.
This role is for 6 months and is paying a competitive daily rate of £300 - £400 DOE.
