Description
Reporting to the Deputy HR Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Line Managers with their ER queries and manage a diverse ER portfolio of casework. This is a 6 month interim assignment and the key requirements for this role include:- Experience gained in NHS Acute Trust environment
- Proven experience in managing ER casework
- Management of Disciplinary & Grievance casework
- Upto date knowlegde of Employement Law
- Experience of supporting TUPE projects
- Experience in supporting Employee consultations
- Highly developed Communications skills
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills
