Description
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the successful candidate will be an experienced, senior NHS HR professional ideally with experience gained at HR Director level. The appointed person will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of complex internal investigations and a proven track record in reaching position outcomes in this area. They will be a strong communicator and be able to demonstrate high emotional intelligence. This assignment is highly confidential and is expected to last for a total of 3 months.
