Ihre Aufgaben:
- Provide support, leadership and consultation to the business leaders
- Assist managers and employees directly by providing guidance in their career development, and HR processes & programs
- Become a trusted advisor in all areas of HR, including employee relations, compensation, learning, Performance management, talent management, talent acquisition, and strategic partnering.
- Provide a broad range of human resource services for the supported clients in line with business objectives, strategic goals and human resource initiatives
- Establish and maintain positive employee relations; provide guidance and advice to management on employee development, coaching, counseling, conflict management and discipline to bring resolution in accordance with company philosophy and policies
- Introduce programs & processes that assist business leaders in managing resources to achieve organizational goals in conjunction with our HR corporate functions
- Support & facilitate initiatives that increase employee retention & performance
- Participate in national and international Human Resources Projects
- Foster company initiatives, partner with senior leadership on design and implementation of such programs, and maintain program efficiency
- Develop and enhance business leadership and support a culture of collaboration with the leadership teams supported
Ihre Qualifikation
- University Degree (Bachelor or Master) or relevant working experience
- Experience of progressive HR in a Business Partner role, ideally gained in fast paced high-tech/software companies
- A thorough understanding of German employment law, including the laws and practices relating to Works Councils
- Knowledge of labor laws of other European countries (Austria, Switzerland, Russia) is a plus
- Expert experience in MS Office. Social media skills are an asset.
- Fluency in English is essential. Other languages will be advantageous
