Alexander Ash Consulting are partnering with a Global Financial Services brand, who as part of their values, convey a collegiate passion to consistently secure, retain and develop the best talent in the world.
With this in mind, and a fast-growing Human Resources function at group-level, there has naturally been particular emphasis in recent years placed around their strategy for managing learning, development, training and capability.
With a new Capability Framework ready for deployment, they require an experienced Learning & Development professional to support their HR team on an interim basis, for an initial period of 6 months (with possible extension).
This individual will:
- Manage multiple learning projects at a time through various phases of learning design (analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation).
- Determines work effort, timelines and direct costs for project and initiatives using the organisation's processes, procedures, tools, and templates.
- Forecasts, then monitors time and costs and communicates the status of all projects (including financial) on a frequent basis using established reporting routines.
- Designs and develops solutions end-to-end for large scale projects or curricula using best in class design and development methodologies to provide effective learning solutions in a variety of delivery channels
- Serves as a point-of-contact for business/function leaders who have questions pertaining to learning and development
- Implements measurement and evaluation processes and monitors results to determine the overall employee and business impact of implemented solutions
What do I need to apply?
- Professional experience in developing and implementing learning strategies/projects within a large, complex corporate environment
- A background leading in project management processes and practices in executing on learning solutions.
- Strong relationship management skills, in working collaboratively with project teams comprised of internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written)
