My client is looking to recruit an Interim Medical Staffing Manager to join their Acute Trust in a desirable location in the East of England. You will be responsible for the operational management and performance of the Medical Staffing department.Key Skills and Responsibilities:
- Must have experience managing a team within Medical Staffing for an Acute Trust
- Strong understanding of Medical HR including Medical terms and conditions, Medical policies and procedures, Medical Contracts, recruitment, junior doctors rotas and job planning
- Experience of providing expert advice to Senior Management, Medical Professionals and Clinicians
- Ensure the day-to-day operation of the Medical Staffing department is running smoothly
- Liaise with all levels within the trust, including director, stakeholder, divisional managers and front line
This interim assignment is for 3-6 months and paying a competitive day rate.
