I'm currently recruiting for a Medical Staffing Officer to join an Acute Trust in a desirable location in the South West . The Medical Staffing department is currently going though a restructure and looking for a motivated individual to join the team while going through this change. Medical Staffing knowledge is desirable however if you have worked in HR within an Acute Trust environment this will be acceptable.Key Skills:
- Must have HR experience in HR within an Acute Trust, Medical HR experience is desirable
- Understanding of Medical Staffing terms and conditions, policies and procedures, junior doctor rotas, new consultant contracts
- Experience end-to-end recruitment from Resourcing and contracts issued

- Support the Medical HR team to deliver appropriate advice on Medical Staffing issues
