My NHS Client based in the South requires a Pay & Reward Manager for a 12 month contract with an immediate start.

The role will fit someone with extensive experience in Pay & Reward strategy within any sector, however NHS experience is very desirable.

The aim of the project is to create a brand new performance related Pay & Reward system from scratch, implementing the strategy across the entire Trust.

The chosen candidate will be an expert in Pay and Reward, able to work both strategically and operationally, will understand the Agenda for Change and NHS T&Cs whilst also being able to negotiate with senior management, board members and unions.

Although NHS and AfC experience is certainly desirable, exceptional P&R candidates without this experience will certainly be considered.
