A major Pharmaceutical organisation is currently seeking a internal interim Recruiter to manage the Talent Acquisition activity for their Perm hires globally. Working within the dedicated Recruitment team and wider HR-community, your remit will be to build strong relationships with the internal stakeholders across their major key business units, whilst defining business critical requirements across their core operations. You will also be responsible for managing a range of agency providers to meet a significant hiring demand in 2012. Skills & attributes. Experienced in-house Recruiter with a strong ability to build internal stakeholder relationships. Strong business understanding with the ability to balance the delivery of multiple business critical requirements. Extensive experience of managing 3rd party recruitment agencies. Credible and thorough approach The ideal applicant will have Pharmaceutical sector expertise and EMEA-wide recruitment experience, although this is not essential. This is an excellent opportunity to work with senior stakeholders and support aggressive growth of the business globally.
