Interim Risk Consultant - 1st line of defence | Life & Pensions
Looking for a Risk Consultant to provide risk oversight to the first line of defence and challenge the business where necessary in its approach to risk identification, quantification, mitigation and
management.
Imperatives:
- A background in regulatory risk & compliance, specifically within Life and Pensions.
- A sound knowledge of FCA/PRA regulations
- A track record of creating risk appetite, such as risk identification, implementing controls and review
- Relevent qualifications preferred (eg MBA, IORM, ACII, APMI etc) or equivalent commercial experience
- Stakeholder management... this is key, the candidate would be able to explain the impact of regulation in a simple and effective way to senior business managers.
