Internal Communications and Engagement Manager Education/Marketing/Communication
A Non-profit organisation in Central London are currently looking for an Internal Communications and Engagement Manager to join their team on a 6 month contract. The client, who are within the education sector, have experienced quite significant growth in the last couple of years and are now undergoing a period of transformation to accomodate these changes. The Internal Communications and Engagement Manager will manage the relationship between Key Stakeholders of the organisation and the Programme Managers heading up these two transformation projects.
The successful candidate will further develop and deliver a Communcation and Engagement strategy that will support the on-going change programmes. The Internal Communications and Engagement Manager will also carry out remeidal action planning and ensure continuous engagement between programmes and their stakeholders.
The candidate must be open to travel and this could be an opportunity to build international credentials. Previous experience working within Charities, HM Government and the Private Sector would also be highly desirable.
