Candle is seeking a well spoken Internal Communications Consultant to join one of their prestigious clients based in Sydney's CBD on an initial 12 month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and communicating key organisational messages that will help drive employee engagement and align with the organisations strategy to improve customer service, retain and grow customers, simplify the business and develop new growth businesses. To be successful in this role, you will be a creative and a seasoned communications practitioner who thrives in a busy environment with the ability to work to tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects and multiple stakeholders in a constantly changing landscape. To be successful in this role, you will meet the following key criteria:- Outstanding writing and editing skills
- Ability to translate complex information into sharp engaging messages with a creative flair for identifying new and compelling angles
- Excellent stakeholder management skills (Including executive director level)
- Previous experience using/maintaining a SharePoint site is desirable
- Experience in a communications or public relations role is desirable
- Tertiary qualification in a communication or related discipline is desirable
