Internal Communications Manager- FS/Banking - Mortgages
We are currently recruiting for an Internal Communications Manager on behalf of a leading banking group, the role will be based in Halifax and will be working on a mortgages change programme.
The programme of work has been set up to improve the home-buying experience for customers, shortening the time it takes for customers to get a mortgage appointment and ensuring they receive their mortgage offer faster.
My client require an experienced Communications Manager with experience mainly focussed on change to join the programme and support the delivery of their internal communications strategy and plan.
Skillset Required:
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Effective stakeholder engagement and analytical skills
- Communications project planning and timely delivery
- Organisational awareness and experience working in large complex organisations
- Previous financial services (ideally mortgages) experience is highly desired
This role will offer the potential of a long term contract and excellent working environment including the ability to work from home.
