Investment Manager
A leading Hotelier in Oxfordshire urgently requires an Investment Manager to produce and maintain an investment model used to forecast and appraise project performance of prospective new locations.
The initial contract is for 3 months, but has quite a high potential to extend and may contain an option to move to a permanent position. The initial day rate on offer is paying £200 - £400 a day depending on experience.
The Investment Manager will be responsible for preparing financial appraisals along with drafting investment proposals for detailed background paper on all proposed new hotel schemes. The role will also include presenting the proposals to the board for approval. Along with presenting investment opportunities, the successful candidate will also be responsible for development pipeline reporting.
The successful Investment Manager will need to be a fully qualified accountant, as the role will involve creating and maintaining investment models. The successful candidate will also have experience working with forecasting and appraisal models. As the role will involve presenting to the board, experience managing senior stakeholders will be a plus. As the role sits within the hotel industry, any experience working in this sector will be seen as a plus.
