IPT Specialist IPT, CUCM, UCCX, Unity, Cisco, CCNA
Responsibilities:
Responsible for recurring support and administration activities in the telephony environment to ensure service levels are met
Processes all reported incidents and call tickets, provides 2nd level technical support for telephony incidents
Manages and maintains voice component inventory
Coordinates and/or performs upgrades to telephony system components
Manages and administers auxiliary telephony components and third party applications
Coordinates with vendors and third party suppliers for external services
Technical Knowledge Required:
at least 3 years of experience with Cisco CUCM v.6 and v.8
at least 3 years of experience with Cisco UCCX
Experience with Cisco Unity and Unity Express
Cisco CCNA and CCNA Voice preferred
Language:
Good spoken and written English
