Our client is seeking IT Administrative Specialist
Responsible for performing daily Business office tasks such as filing, recording, maintaining records, copying, posting, and other similar duties using a desktop. Assist with HR duties to include scheduling interviews, preparing interview folders, etc. Must be able to follow organization and department procedures and complete tasks in a timely manner. Experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals a plus. Receptionist duties as well as purchasing for the section.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Completed 2 years at an accredited 4-year college in English, MIS, Business Administration, or related field;
- Minimum of 2 years experience in administrative or IT project support in either a private or public agency environment.
- Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and Outlook
- Must have superior command of English, spoken and written.
- Extremely cordial telephone communications and customer service skills.
- Immense accuracy and attention to detail. High organizational skills.
- Able to retain multiple set of instructions, set priorities and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Accounts Payable/Receivable experience preferred
- PeopleSoft Financials experience, Excel pivot table experience.
