Description
The IT Architect should be an expert centred around the technology to design and implement Information Technology solutions across BPM, Data warehousing and messaging.
You will be part of an Architecture team to consult with infrastructure and applications teams, database and security SME's and strategic partners to create an architecture accommodating the business strategy for a mix of project and BAU work.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems (or comparable degree) is preferred.
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of modern enterprise architecture and hands on experience with Enterprise Application frameworks.
- Experience providing written and oral reports in a business environment. A sample written report may be requested.
- Experience in Information Technology supporting / managing / directing medium to large infrastructure deployments and environments.
- Design, development and implement complex web-based applications in Java
- Proficient with integration
- Development with Workflow and Rule Engine based BPM tools
- Have a worked on SOA integration projects using BPM
- RDBMS integration: Relational database theory, table and relationship design, and SQL query design.
- Development platforms: .Net Framework, Visual Basic.Net, ASP.Net, Web Services , XML, HTML, Java, JavaScript
- Document Management System experience
- Experience working in an environment involving process documents, drawings and other technical documents would be a significant plus.
- Strong problem solving, collaborative and verbal/written communication skills are required with the desire to work in teams of highly motivated individuals.
