Our leading international Semiconductor partner is looking for and IT Architect/Software Engineer. You will implement the data conversion tool, including connected ED header (data enrichment)JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Implement data conversion tool, including connected ED header (data enrichment), all documented in an approved design document.
• Responsible for all active subcons (11), successfully connected to conversion environment.
• Transition run book: how to migrate new subcons into new data conversion service.
• Updated track & trace tool - showing the data flow status of the updated process.
• Service design specification, including RACI.
• Data conversion tools - including file-handling.
• Collect and include data from external sources / systems.
• Enhance Track & Trace solution.
• Define and setup standard reporting.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Ability to detail out the solution design and develop the solutions
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work in an international and fast changing organisation
• Good understanding of large volume file based (ASCI, XML) data handling scripts typical for process oriented manufacturing organisations
• Experience with Linux environments and shell scripting
• Developer with IT background (non embedded) with knowledge of PERL
• Understanding of database interactions / query language
• Architectural skills: conceptual thinking.
• Team player
• Good communication skills, especially within the project.
• Able to work independently
