Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's Degree required, BS degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
- CRM Business Analysis experience
- 5+ years Business Analysis experience
- 5+ years requirements gathering experience
- 5+ years solutions and software experience
- 5+ years software testing experience
- Solid ability to understand business requirements and clearly explain high level solutions
- Solid understanding of processes and procedures
- Solid ability to document and identified requirement changes and communicate them clearly to the relevant resources
- Must be proactive, self-motivated, logical thought process and objective
- Strong listening qualities
- Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
