My Client is currently looking for a IT business analyst for a contract opportunity based in Pragure, Czech Republic.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Work with solution architects and business analyst in supporting solutions at the scale level Providing technical insight with respect to Salesforce Serving as a technical advisor for out of the box Salesforce.com features and functions. Participate in change management activities (UAT, training, communications, business readiness etc.) supporting program rollouts. Support and maintenance on Catalog of Services Fulfill service request including system administration, user & access management Follow up with third party incidents if needed Coordinate user communications Document known errors, workarounds, resolutions, requests fulfilment procedures in the knowledge base Transfer knowledge to Service Desks Follow up the problem tickets with the partners
Skills and Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years in relevant professional experience in Application Support ITSM tool knowledge such as ServiceNow is an advantage Certification in ITIL v3 CRM functional knowledge Ability to build pro-active, co-operative working relationships with customers, peers and key stakeholders based on respect and team work Capability to act under strong pressure and to manage efficiently crisis situation Competence to evaluate information, identify key issues and formulate conclusions based on sound, practical judgment, experience and common sense Excellent communication skills, written and oral Fluency in English (spoken and written). French will be a strong advantage
