Description:
This PeopleSoft HCM business analyst will gather, document and understand business requirements across Human Resources and ensure that enterprise systems are designed, configured, tested, implemented and function to meet requirements for Client's implementation of PeopleSoft HR Helpdesk and HCM 9.1. In addition, may be responsible for defining, enhancing or documenting business processes as used by distributed HR service centers.
Skills and Background Required:
Experienced business analyst
Demonstrated work experience in defining, gathering and documenting business processes for PeopleSoft HCM
Strong work experience with reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution
Testing PeopleSoft HCM enhancements including development of test plans, test scripts, and end user testing
Large scale and complex PeopleSoft implementation experience is a plus
Proven track record and excellent references
Professional presentation and communication with a high degree of integrity and accuracy
Ability to work independently or as part of a team and able to handle multiple priorities
Candidates should have excellent communication skills and be able to influence teammates across the organization.
Skills and Background Preferred:
Strong Knowledge of HR/Payroll/Compensation/Benefits Administration business processes and issues
Ability to work with business resources from management to staff at all levels and functions
Experience in implementations, working closely with departments to identify and document functional requirements.
Strong functional of PeopleSoft HR
Advanced MS-Access and MS-Excel data analysis and data form skills
PeopleSoft 8.8 or 9.1 CRM or HR Helpdesk experience
Prior HealthCare HCM related experience is a plus
At least 10 years of experience as a business analyst
