System Dynamics have a requirement for an IT Delivery Manager for internal projects.

Role and Responsibilities

  • 10-15 years total experience
  • Must come from Software development background - 5 years+ (Mainframe, Java/.NET)
  • 5 years+ recent PM experience (software development projects, full life cycle)
  • Must have managed software development projects on a continuous basis over the past 3 years
  • At least 1 Web based SOA developments project
  • Team of 10 people or more
  • Technical awareness of architectures & technologies
  • Ideally one agile project, agile awareness is a must
  • Ideally customer facing or channels projects   
    • Must have some financial experience, preferably banking experience
    • Experiences in delivering projects using BPM tool for workflow/process management, preferably IBM BPM tools
    • Must have experience managing multiple projects in parallel in a fast turnaround environment
  • Not all 12 month plus waterfall projects
  • Projects at different stages in the life cycle at one time   
    • Experience of process discovery and process design tools
    • Experience of working with business and IT stakeholders
    • Good business analysis skills
    • Good communication, interpersonal and written skills
    • Successful track record of delivery
