*Must have a driving licence and access to a vehicleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and organised IT Support professional with some all-round knowledge of Service Desk and IT support experience including Windows. To support to office locations Oxford and Reading.
Responsibilities
- Handle allocated IT Service-desk trouble tickets (Incidents, Problems, Service requests)
- Support for key business applications including email, telephone, Internet usage, Back Office, line of business applications
- Touch labour and technical support for desktop PCs, laptops, 2-in-1s, tablets, smartphones, telephony, local Servers, networks, cabling, printers and large office equipment including scanners, photocopiers, fax machines etc.
- Rigorous documentation of problem resolution, root cause analysis, and all changes to the environment
- Adherence to Corporate IT processes
- Windows 7
- Office 10
- Excellent communication - verbally and written
- Reporting and logging calls
- Advantageous but not essential ServiceNow (SNOW)
