IT Help Desk Support - Freelance - On-Site Position - Netherlands - 6 Month ContractTrilogy International are urgently looking for an IT Help Desk candidate who is based in The Netherlands with strong experience working with the ticketing system called ServiceNow which enables the client to set priorities in order to meet the expectation of our customers. Candidates need to be available in the coming weeks.
Fluent English is required.
Required Skills
• Minimum 2 years of related experience on a service desk.
• Experience working in a framework of formal Incident Management processes and exposure to company-wide ticketing systems are essential.
• Familiar with basic troubleshooting Windows 7/10, Cisco Call Manager would be advantageous.
• ITIL foundation holder would also be advantageous.
• Exposure to MS365 implementation/Migration is advantageous.
• Exposure to Cisco and Juniper Firewall, routers and switches would be an added bonus.
