IT Helpdesk Support role for 4 months' contract in Dublin
This role will involve working within the support team and providing the technical knowledge via phone in order to permanently resolve any IT problems.
Skills required
- Technical Helpdesk, Technical Call Centre or IT Support experience
- MS Office and Internet Browsers knowledge
- Experience with Windows Operating system: Windows XP or higher
- PC/Laptop/Printers troubleshooting knowledge
