IT Incident Manager (ITIL) - 6-12 months - 80-100/hr - Hybrid - Ideally based in Spain or Europe
bluewaveSELECT have been retained by an organisation to engage with the right IT Incident Manager (ITLL)
Although this contract is initially 6-12 months, it is likely to last 2-3 years.

- Major Incident Management
- Problem/Escalation Management
Key Requirements:
- Experienced in Crisis and Escalation Management
- ITIL process experience
- ServiceNow experience is highly desirable
- Exceptional English language skills
- Communication skills speaking to the business
- Positive, problem solving
- Used to a fast-paced environment
