Description
Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an IT Operation Manager for our global client in the FMCG.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as liaison between technical product teams and operations support team.
- Lead Release to Operations
- Establish and review Incident, Problem & Configuration Change Management
- Drive ongoing Service Improvement Plan
- Ensure compliance with Access Management processes.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years' experience in global website management or digital marketing
- Proficiency in establishing and operating IT Products and ITIL-based processes
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and ticketing systems
- Strong understanding of website design, development, and release management
- Experience with CMS, website analytics tools, and Martech
Contract Details:
- Start: ASAP.
- Duration: 6 months+
- Location: Romania or Poland
- Rate: Please let me know your expectations
