Description
We're looking for an IT/OT Support Technician to support the rollout of a new MES system at a regulated industrial site in Haut-Rhin, France. You'll help build and support applications and integrations, provide day-to-day platform support (development, security, operations), and act as the local point of contact for site needs with the global technical team.
What we're looking for:
- IT/technical support experience, with a good general understanding of OT, IT, infrastructure, software, data, and cloud environments
- Strong customer service mindset and learning agility
- Native or fluent French, and fluent English
- Full-time on-site presence, Monday to Friday
- Willingness to travel occasionally to other European sites (10-25%)
Advantageous:
- Experience in a regulated industrial environment (pharmaceutical preferred)
- Experience with an MES platform such as Tulip or similar
- Experience integrating with SAP, AVEVA PI, or Databricks
