Hold meetings with Business stakeholders and process owners to get inputs and process view.
Design, Modify and Implement Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes (JML)
IDAM Systems Knowledge
Knowledge of Identity (IDAM) systems
5-8 Years Business Process/Project Manager
+3-5 Year s experience designing, modifying and implementing Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes (JML)
At least 2 years ITIL/LEAN Experience, good to have ITIL v3 Foundation
Flexible/Adaptive profiles that can manage changes and think out of the box.
Use to work/design processes and workflows
Organized/Structured way of working.
Stakeholder and internal management capabilities/communication skills
English process excellent capabilities
Must have:
Fluent English
