Description
The individual in this position will lead RIS and CVIS IT projects, for multiple regions, as they relate to ICD10 activities.
Basic/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required. Clinical systems experience, or equivalent years of experience.
Candidates must have 7 years experience managing large multi-disciplined cross-functional implementations independently, including responsibility for managing the budget. Experience in managing projects to build new complex application systems interfacing with 5+ Legacy and vendor application systems.
Experienced in Comprehensive Delivery Process (CDP), PMP or other popular project management methodology.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills and previous experience managing large complex projects with multiple tracks.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing clinical IT projects or supporting clinical applications.
Project Management Institute (PMI) Certification
Excellent team work, strong customer services focus, excellent people and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Knowledge of ICD10 regulations

Building and maintaining project plans
Managing cost and schedule variances
Conducting project team meetings
Providing project dashboards and executive level reports

Type of background you are looking for:
Experience managing clinical IT projects or supporting clinical applications in a healthcare environment.
Project Management Institute (PMI) Certification preferred but not required.
