Description

Responsible for the day-to-day administration and operations for the Infrastructure programs including Legacy programs, as well as development of new programs. Leads multi-disciplined teams to implement programs and identify/develop new opportunities, as appropriate.
  • Develops or assists internal/external clients in the design and development of detailed marketing or plans for specific product or program offerings including details of product/program offering, business case analyses, market segment positioning, communication, fulfillment, administrative operations, tracking and reporting processes and requirements for assigned products or programs.
  • Ensures product positioning, communication and delivery are in alignment with Conservation, Demand Response, Communication and Customer Image objectives.
  • Determines tracking, reporting requirements and ensures appropriate processes, systems and/or applications are in place for tracking/reporting.
  • Oversees product marketing and communication, sales and delivery performance, assures quality delivery of product and services, and compliance with standards, regulations and program objectives.
  • Determines milestones, key indicators and actions needed to effectively manage product through the product or program life cycle.
  • Develops and maintains strong collaborative relationships with internal and external partners, stakeholders and providers needed to provide quality product delivery and reporting.
  • Develops, provides training, and various communication tools for partners, customers, employees, etc.
  • Leads the development, negotiation and management of contracts and agreements for program participants, outsourced services, program partners, third party providers, builders, contractors and others. Works on planning, implementing, managing and monitoring all aspects of the third party vendor processes and deliverables impacting customers and stakeholders.
  • Recognizes and effectively addresses issues and challenges to product and/or program success.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop thorough and reasonable market, product, financial and risk assessments with significant attention on quantifiable impacts and performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand technologies and to recommend innovative solutions and improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and successfully in a highly matrixed operating environment and with external stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills across broad range of complex products and audiences, presenting in formal and informal settings
Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related discipline and 7 years experience in product development and management..
  • Master's degree in related discipline preferred; or comparable combination of formal education/training and experience.
