Description
An IT Project Manager is required by my client based in Birmingham for a 3-6 month contract. The IT Project Manager is needed as there are a number of exciting IT projects running simultaneously in 2015. The IT Project Manager will oversee the delivery of around 15 projects within the Applications Development.The projects in question will range from £50 - £100k in budget and will all be greater than 30 days in length. The IT Project Manager will also act as a sounding board on Agile methodology for the team. Therefore having both Agile and Waterfall methodology experience is essential.
The right IT Project Manager will have the following:
- 6+ years experience with IT Project Management
- Delivery focused with full project lifecycle background (requirements gathering to support)
- Waterfall and Agile Methodology
- Background in the construction / retail / utilities sector would be desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of Applications Development
- Experience of working on SAP, ERP, CRM, JDE projects
