Synermesh Consulting is recruiting an IT Project Manager for the financial services sector in Luxembourg.

Job Responsibilities:
- Project management from business approval of the project through to deployment of IT deliverables in production;
- Planning, definition of tasks and deliverables, review of project deliverables, quality control, risk analysis and management status reports;
- Guide the business analysts; developers and testers in charge of project activities; review their deliverables, follow-up project execution;
- Participation in functional working groups; progress meetings: and steering committees;
- Results monitoring including costs, timescales and resources used;
- Change control process management: gaining agreement for revisions to the project from project sponsors.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of five years' professional experience in financial services industry with exposure to custody; transfer agency; treasury & foreign exchange; fund accounting; regulatory reporting;
- Proven experience of managing large IT projects (2 Thousand Mondays+) with rigorous deadlines; and geographical dispersed internal and external delivery teams;
- Proven delivery of IT Projects including bespoke software, vendor packages, and infrastructure;
- Hands-on experience with Project Reporting tools such as Clarity/Microsoft Project/Tableau;
- Current PMP/Prince II/IPMA Certification;
- Experience of different SDLC delivery models including: Waterfall; Iterative Waterfall; and Agile.
