On behalf of one of our clients, an international financial institution, located in Luxembourg, we are searching for external support with skills and abilities as stated below:
IT Security Administrator (f/m)
Responsibilities:
Perform user administration functions necessary to add/change user accounts within designated systems and applications, following established policies and instructions
Interact with internal users as well as with other IT teams, to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved
Assist the help desk and provide support to end users on a variety of issues with excellent customer service
Track each deployment and document work using ticketing system and company procedures
Maintain appropriate confidentiality regarding user changes
Maintain files and records of requests for new user accounts, changes to security, and signed/approved agreements.
Languages:
Fluency in English
French and/or German speaking highly desirable
Skills:
Excellent customer services with the ability to assist users
Previous support experience is preferable
Functional knowledge of user management tools and processes, including ticketing systems
Familiar with Windows operating system and Active Directory
Ideally, knowledge of eDirectory and Lotus Notes
Additional skills:
Strong customer service orientation
Methodical attention to detail
Team player and ease of communication
Professional attitude
Analytical mind, skill of prioritisation
Assignment details:
Start date: August, 1st 2016
Duration: currently foreseen until end of 2016
Location: Luxembourg
Travel: occasional trips to Frankfurt
