IT Service Delivery Manager - (ServiceNow/Service Desk/ITIL)

Methods require the services of an IT Service Delivery Manager. You will have previous experience working in a complex multi supplier service desk environment. We are only able to consider candidates with strong ServiceNow experience who are immediately available.
- Monitor, control and support service delivery, ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures are followed.
- Produce performance reports to agreed schedule or upon request control, maintain and improve department processes on an on-going basis.
- You will have specialist knowledge in developing and maintain ITIL policies and procedures and be able to demonstrate a proven track record in the delivery of IT service/strategy.
- Supplier management - establishing proactive management of external (3rd party) vendors and IT service providers.
- Taking ownership of technical documentation, knowledge management and process control
- Operational responsibility for the management and delivery of technical support and service operations/Service Desk functions
- Working with key stakeholders to ensure appropriate provision for the continuity of IT services.
- Working with technical and other teams to ensure that corrective and preventive actions are appropriately prioritised to prevent the occurrence or recurrence of problems.
- An in-depth understanding of Service Management Framework principles and processes including ITIL, COBIT, ISO 9001 and ISO 20000
- Certification as ITIL Practitioner
