IT Service Desk Analyst-Inside IR35-Onsite & Remote Working

Our client based in Essex are recruiting for an IT Service Desk Analyst on a 3 month initial contract- Inside IR35- Remote working.

You will be required to provide a 1st and 2nd line support service to internal customers (users) via telephone, email and remote sessions. Providing guidance from initial contact through to resolution and closure by handling and responding to enquiries

-Active Directory management/administration

-Anti-virus/backup/window update checks/reporting

-Core understanding of Microsoft desktop operating systems and associated applications to deal with 1st line user queries/resolutions

-Experience of remote fixes, via Remote Desktop Viewer, RDP or other terminal services.
