Description
Amass Technology are looking for an IT Service Manager for a 9 month freelance role. This will be 2 days onsite in Vienna and 3 days remote.• Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT-Service-Management; ITIL-Certification preferable
• Proven experience in agile way of working (Scrum, Kanban) and related collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence)
• Experience in Cloud (AWS, Azure) and Solution Architecture is preferable
• Basic knowledge of business processes and willingness to deepen this knowledge
• High level of communication and presentation skills
• Team player, service orientation, high level of commitment and motivation • Strong problem-solving skills
• Fluent English
