Description
Eurocity is looking for an experienced IT Service Manager with proven ITSM and Quality & Performance experience.
This will be within the Technical Support team, contributing to support tasks such as Incident Management; Change management; Problem Management; Service Level Management, and participating in the elaboration of technical/operational requirements.
Experience required:
- 5 Years of experience as Service Manager
- ITIL or CMMI-SVC or ISO20000 Certified
- Experience of office application and Sharepoint
- Project Management methodologies, preferably PMP
- Excellent technical writing and oral presentation skills in English (Knowledge of French language would be an asset)
