IT Service Owner | Lead DevOps Engineer -DevOps/System Engineering/Java/Kubernetes/Business RulesRole:
We are currently looking for a seasoned IT Service Owner for our banking sector client. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and managing IT services throughout their lifecycle.
Main assignments:
- Consults stakeholders with regards to sustainability and operation-readiness of the delivery and provides non-functional requirements, their test cases and is responsible for validation
- Aligns with delivery team and release management for deployments into User Acceptance Testing and Production environments.
- Acts as gatekeeper for any change in the IT Service, as such decides with stakeholders on production readiness from IT perspective: Provide Go / No Go recommendation for IT Service Changes
Requirements:
- 3 -5 years' experience working as a DevOps Engineer
- 2 - 3 years' experience with System Engineering on Java technology stack
- Experience with Oracle Database, REST web services, Gitlab, Eclipse development environment, Docker, Kubernetes and Linux.
- Experience with Business Rules tools is a plus
- Relevant IT Management or IT Service Owner certifications are a plus
Language:
- English fluency
- German is a plus
