IT SERVICES MANAGER
Our client a leading multinational IT, consulting and outsourcing provider is seeking an experienced IT Services Manager to join their team and work on site with a leading global healthcare organisation.
IT Services Manager ESSENTIAL Requirements
- 8 - 10 Years Expereince
- ITIL Expert qualification.
- Expertise in process above tool, but Remedy on Demand is a distinct advantage
- Specific experience in Service Strategy and Service Design.
- Experince rolling out IT Services
- Senior stakholder management experience
- Process Improvement experience
- ITIL implementation experience focusing on SRM, SLM, SCM and SPM
- ITSM Strategy experience.
- Pharma background would also be an advantage.
