Consultant position description
The Consultant will be part of the ITSS Netherlands department and will report to Regional IT Manager Mid and South Europe Production Sites.
Job description
The Consultant will be primarily responsible for IT Site Support in Sluiskil, The Netherlands.
- Global Service Desk agent (1st level telephone support to end-users)
- On-Site support (1st and 2nd level desk site support)
- Eyes and Hands for our outsourcing partners on-site.
- Supporting all IT-related equipment which is not supported by our outsourcing partners (Telephone system; Printers)
