Description
My client in the media & events industry is looking for an IT specialist to join their team on an initial 6 month contract. They are conducting interviews this week, so if you are interested please apply A.S.A.P.Tasks
- Configure and support IT-supported media systems (touch displays, video walls etc),
- Have scope of services and response times (service level agreements)
- Record detailed service steps using an issue tracking system
- Conduct customer visits to equip state-of-the-art technology
Profile
- Experience in the media/event industry,in particular network, video and audio technology.
- Experience in control system software (Crestron, Extron or similar) would be a plus
- Good German and English (at least B2 level)
