IT Support Engineer
One of my leading clients is looking for an IT Support Engineer who can speak French fluently. This mission is for 6-12 months (it also offers extensions). S/He ideal start date is 2nd July 2018.
The IT Support Engineer should ideally have the following;
- 3+ years of experience in End user & Desktop Support
- Good knowledge of Active Directory
- Experience in troubleshooting issues related to Windows 7 and above
- Experience in imaging software for OS deployment.
- Excellent knowledge on VPN Client configuration
- Excellent knowledge on SCCM client for software deployment
- Experience on remote connectivity tools like Netmeeting, Windows remote connectivity
- Good knowledge on Antivirus client troubleshooting.
- Knowledge on Windows Servers (Win2003 & Win2008) and different role like Print, File, DHCP, DNS Servers etc.
- Good documentation and presentation skills.
- Experience in remote troubleshooting
- Knowledge on iPad/iPhone configuration
- Knowledge to support Video conference
- Understanding of ITIL framework
- Fluent in French and English
