Driving Requirements: Valid Driving License (B) and willingness to travel between different locations in the Zowelle area. A company car will be provided.
Residence: Must live within easily commutable distance of Zowelle.

We are seeking dynamic Field Service IT/Printing Engineers to join our team in the Netherlands and Belgium. As a dedicated engineer, you will collaborate with your colleagues to provide comprehensive repair services for IT and printing equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively communicating with customers and ensuring a smooth on-site experience.
- Conducting maintenance and repairs of equipment at customer locations.
- Resolving problems and incidents, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Efficiently handling administrative tasks related to repairs.
- Installing new printing equipment and associated software applications at end customer sites.
Qualifications:
- Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on troubleshooting.
- Technical background or a demonstrated passion for technology (MBO work/level of education).
- Proficient experience in hardware, including printers and computers/laptops.
- Strong advantage: experience with software apps for printing devices (Papercut, Safecom, etc).
- Excellent proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility, team collaboration, and effective communication skills.
