IT Support EngineerFor a client of mine I am actively looking for an IT Support Engineer to join a dynamic team in Amsterdam. As a crucial member, you will handle various tasks ranging from first and second level incident support to implementing security controls. Your proactive approach in identifying and addressing ICT disruptions, along with optimizing procedures, makes you an integral part of my client's team.
Who are you?
- ICT related MBO (secondary vocational education) degree.
- 5+ years of experience in similar role, ideally within international organizations.
- You have experience with MS office and AD.
- You're a real team player with a strong customer focus.
- EU citizen, already living in The Netherlands.
