Description
Our client has an opportunity for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their team.
The main duties will involve the following (but not limited to):
- Assist, implement and manage infrastructure architecture, including assisting in the development of infrastructure security policies, standards and procedures.
- Evaluate opportunities for continuous business improvements while ensuring that the technology is suitable for the company.
- Provide guidance and technical assistance to internal staff when troubleshooting IT and business systems service issues, with the ability to identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
- Actively participate in projects where there are dependencies on the infrastructure services.
