Description
Our global client has an urgent requirement for an enthusiastic, customer service focussed IT Support Engineer to join their busy team on a high-profile site. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT Support Professional who thrives on working in an environment where any downtime impacts the end-customer. You must be able to work a 3-shift pattern - Days, Lates and Nights and you will need to drive in order to get to the site.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing both deskside and remote 1st and 2nd line support to users
- Timely resolution of IT related problems within specified SLA's
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware/software problems and providing first time fixes where possible
- Installing, upgrading and replacing core hardware and software
- Escalating any issues when required to Second/Third Line Support
