IT Support / Helpdesk specialist is currently required for a growing Pharma company based in West London.

This IT support role offers the right candidate the opportunity to be the main POC for all IT issues. There are 80 users to manage and as such there's been a lot of interest. The company is growing and the first support specialist you will see you role grow with the company.

To be considered for this excellent IT Support role you must have a Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred; and at least 3 years of experience in a help desk or IT Support role and excellent communication skills. My client is ideally looking for a support specialist with experience of being a sole POC or one that is looking for the next step up.

Your role will require you to Administrate user accounts for network, e-mail, and other applications; Provide support to end users on my clients IT equipment and software applications including desktop computers, peripherals, copiers, fax machines, scanners, building security system, environment monitoring system, computer operating systems, office applications, and others; Identify, research and resolve technical problems of IT equipment and software applications; Respond to IT tickets, telephone calls, e-mails, and requests for technical support; and Document, track and monitor problems to ensure timely resolutions.
